At Ovmnmas™, we want pet owners to feel comfortable and confident when shopping with us. Below is an overview of our return and refund process.
30-Day Return Period
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.
Return Requirements
To be accepted for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
* Products must be unused and remain in their original condition.
* Whenever possible, items should be returned with the original packaging.
* A valid order confirmation or other proof of purchase is required.
Please note that certain products may be excluded from returns for hygiene, health, or safety-related reasons.
Return Process
After your return request is reviewed and approved, our customer support team will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping fees may apply unless the wrong item was shipped or the product arrived damaged.
Once the returned package is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
In most situations, original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error made by Ovmnmas™.
