How do I place an order?
Shopping at Ovmnmas™ is easy and convenient. Simply explore our pet product collection, add your selected items to the cart, and complete the checkout process to submit your order.
Will I receive an order confirmation email?
Yes. After your order has been successfully placed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent with your purchase details and order summary.
How can I check my order status?
Once your package has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information. You can use the tracking number to follow your delivery until it arrives.
Can I edit or cancel an order after placing it?
Because we work quickly to prepare orders for shipment, we recommend contacting our support team immediately if you need to make changes or request a cancellation. While modifications cannot always be guaranteed, we will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.
